Enter your ticket(s) for any of the seven themed prize baskets. Baskets are given away on Friday of each week, with the grand prize winner drawn at our free concert Music in the Stacks: A Tribute to Patsy Cline on July 27.
This year children keep track of their reading by building a necklace with beads. It's easy to fill your necklace with beads! Keep track of your minutes with the reading tracker you can pick up at Kickoff on June 2 or at the Library starting June 4. Once you fill in a portion of the tracker, come to the library at any point and pick out a real bead to add to your necklace.
20 minutes = 1 regular bead
1 hour = 1 special bead
Read for 15 hours total and collect your Star Reader charm plus 5 grand prize tickets. For every bead you earn, you will also recieve an entry for one of our grand prizes.
There are many ways to receive extra grand prize tickets. Be sure to stop and get your tracker. While you're here, perhaps you'll find the Golden Snitch!
