Please join us on Zoom for a lively and engaging online discussion of a chosen book title. March's featured title will be The Moonshiner's Daughter by Donna Everhart.
A young woman in 1960's North Carolina resents the moonshining operation her family has conducted for generations, blaming it for her mother's death. When her father insists that moonshining is in her veins, Jessie devises a plan to destroy the stills and her scheme escalates an old rivalry and reveals long-held grudges.
Registration is now required to
receive the Zoom link for participating and is open until 2 days before the event. Book copies will be available for pick up at the library
through our contactless Take Out service starting approximately one
month in advance of the discussion date. Please contact Maureen at the
library for questions relating to this club.
