Grafton-Midview Public Library

Explore the art of paper crafting using words of inspiration you can use to decorate your home or garden. Local artist Kathy Hyle will teach participants how to make and embellish fun flower shapes that can be creatively personalized. All materials for the activity will be provided. Registration required.

If you are curious about a yoga practice but have concerns about getting down to the floor, join Melissa Platten of The Hive for an interactive 45-minute session of chair yoga, breathing exercises, and silent meditation. While you use the entire body to the best of your ability in class, you'll either be seated in the chair, standing near the chair and/or creatively using the chair or wall for support. No experience necessary! Registration required.
