On-Demand Support

Information Desk staff is always available during library hours to help with computer and technology questions, both basic and advanced.  These questions might include anything from "how do I turn my computer/device on?" to "how to I use Office?" to "why is my computer not working?" and anything in-between.  The Grafton-Midview Public Library encourages patrons with any questions to visit/call/email the library to get answers to computer and technology questions.  More advanced or complex support might benefit from a Tech Tutor appointment (see below) from GMPL Information staff members.


Tech Tutor (1-on-1)

Tech Tutor appointments are 1-on-1 classes regularly scheduled throughout the year with Information staff.  If an appointment has no reservations then walk-ins are welcome.  Appointments are 60 minutes and available on the First Wednesday of the month.  Registration is not required for scheduled monthly Tech Tutor Wednesdays, but it is recommended.  Appointments may be scheduled at other days and times including Tech Tutor Wednesday.  Please contact the library @ 440-926-3317 or with any questions regarding Tech Tutor or to schedule an appointment.
